What is a difference between Mobile Road Warrior app versions ?
4 versions of Mobile Road Warrior are:
Mobile Road Warrior - Invoice is a full version of app that built for Android OS 2.x and Android OS 4.x
Mobile Road Warrior - 3x is a full version of app that built for Android OS 3x
Mobile Road Warrior - Trial is a trial version of Invoice
Mobile Road Warrior - 3x Trial is a trial version of 3x
Does Mobile Road Warrior app works outside of USA ?
Mobile Road Warrior designed to work without place limitations and we have happy customers all around the globe.
While today we handle screens in English only, we offer document templates in English and Spanish.
Australia is our second, after USA, largest Mobile Road Warrior users country.
For our Australian customers we created Tax Invoice according to Australian Tax Law.
Mobile Road Warrior app also supports multiple currencies and multiple tax types to accommodate our customers outside of USA.

What type of documents Mobile Road Warrior can create? What currency and tax code it supports ?
Default values are: "Invoice", "$" and "Tax" but you can change them by
selecting from pre-defined list or enter values yourself!
Open Mobile Road Warrior -> Customize -> at Document Type field select from pre-defined document types.
Cannot find what you need? Select last option "Enter my own value" and in pop-up window enter
your own document name.
Same way you can change currency and tax name.
I am getting new phone or tablet. Do I need to buy new copy of Mobile Road Warrior ?
No! Do NOT buy our app second time! You should be able to install your app.
All paid Google market apps coming with Google license.
When you bought app like Mobile Road Warrior, Google Play Store issued license number
that is associated with your particular mobile device and your Google account.
If you cannot easily install app, contact Google Play and let them know that you have new device.
We heard from our customers who had similar issue that Google Play has very good customer support and very helpful in situation like yours.
I am getting new phone or tablet. How to migrate to new mobile device ?
1. Install latest version of Mobile Road Warrior app.
2. Backup your files: Login to MRW -> main menu -> My Files -> Manage My Files -> Backup DB tab ( top right corner) -> backup your files one in a time.
Now backups of your files in your SD card at sdcard/MobileRoadWarrior/backups/ file name backup_product_YYYY_MM_DD__HR_Min.tsv (date and time when backup was created).
3. Contact Android market where you bought Mobile Road Warrior app and they will assist you with copy of app for new device.
4. Import files: Be sure you have backup files on SD card on your new device. Login to MRW -> main menu -> My Files -> Manage My Files -> Import DB -> navigate through your SD card and import exported files.
Do I need to install any 3rd party app to work with Mobile Road Warrior ?
Mobile Road Warrior app can work without 3rd party apps, but in order to use some of the features, you will need to install some of 3rd party apps.
If you do not have one of the following apps installed yet, Mobile Road Warrior will navigate you to right site where you can get needed free app.
E-mail app - in order to be able to e-mail documents, you will need to set up any e-mail app like Gmail on your mobile device.
File Manager app - in order to import / export files you will need any File manager app. At Google market there are a lot of FREE apps like Astro or AndExplorer
Bar code reader app - in order to scan Bar code, you will need FREE official Android barcode scanner ZXing.
Printer app - in order to print invoice right from your mobile device you will need to install any printer app. Most of printer manufacturer
created android apps that best works with their printers. A lot of them are FREE.
Do you have Mobile Road Warrior app version for iOS for my iPhone and iPad ?
No. Mobile Road Warrior app only for Android powered devices, on all version of Android OS.
