Problem with Logo.
Your company logo expected to be in .PNG or .JPEG or .JPG format.
Your company logo can be any size and it will be resized to fit at Top Left side of your document.
If you have long banner it also will be placed at top and align to the left side (not a center) of document.
Set up your company's logo:
1. Bring logo image to your mobile device.
2. Open Mobile Road Warrior -> Customize -> My Company tab -> click "Set Logo" button -> select your File Management software and navigate to your logo -> click on logo image -> image should be visible at "My Company" tab page -> click back button on your phone -> you will see "Your setting saved" message. You can go back to My company tab to be sure your logo still in place.
Check how your company's logo looks at document:
Open Mobile Road Warrior -> Document name (by default Invoice) -> Full Form -> Final tab (top right) -> "Preview + Print" button -> you should see document with logo in top left corner.

Forgot password.
First of all try to check if you ever ste up password:
At Login page do not enter anything at password field and just press "Enter" button.
Sometime our customers select check box to see Login page but never entering password
at Customize. So password reminds empty.
If you wish you can keep system as is and press enter button at Login page,
or you can change settings: from main menu -> Customize
a) To skip Login page: uncheck "Always show Login page" option. It is a first line on Setting page.
b) To add meaningful password: click button with keys image next to "Change my password"
option. It is a second line on Setting page. You will be prompt to enter New password and Re-enter password.
Click Back button on your mobile device and you setting will be saved.
If you happen to set up password but really forgot it, click "I forgot my password" button on Login page of Mobile Road Warrior Invoice app.
For security of your data you need to verify for us your identity before we will send you recovered password.
If you don't remember purchase order number, please enter just Month when you bought
MRW app and your zip code. After identity verification your password will be e-mailed to you as a reply to your e-mail.
Problem importing my own files (Client, Product, or Vendor) to Mobile Road Warrior Invoice app.
Be sure your file following rules:
1. File has to have: column "NAME" and rest of the column names
should be unique and consist only from letters, numbers and "_" like: a-z 0-9 _
If you need to modify your file, open it in spreadsheet app like Excel and make your changes.
Then save it as .tsv file (save file in tsv format).
2. Transfer your file to your phone or tablet. You can use any technology to do so. For example: attachment to e-mail, Drop Box, Google+ . You can store file at any location, but we would recommend you to save it under MobileRoadWarrior/imports directory, so you will have your files well organized on your mobile device.
3. Go to Mobile Road Warrior app -> My Files -> Manage My Files -> Import file - for example Client.
If you have installed on your phone/tablet any file manager, you will see file manager apps that allowed you
to navigate through your SD card. If not, we would recommend you to install one of free file manager apps.
We like AndExplorer or Astro, but most of File managers should do this job.
4. Select your file (Client in this example) that you just transferred (2.)
